Das Biera Engiadinaisa ist ein Produkt der höchsten Güteklasse: Die typische Braugerste (Gran Alpin) wird wieder im Engadin angepflanzt. Der Bio-Hopfen stammt aus kontrolliert ökologischem Anbau. Und das Tschliner Quellwasser übertrifft das traditionelle Reinheitsgebot um Welten.
Das manuell gebraute Bier schmeckt kraftvoll und würzig, weil ungefiltert und besonders rein im Geschmack. Das biozertifizierte Spezialbier enthält etwas über 5 vol % Alkohol, wird dunkel gelagert und ist ab Abfülldatum zwölf Wochen lang haltbar.
